They sent me food supplement pills instead of a computer hard drive and won’t refund me until I return the computer hard drive. I have told them many times via phone, online chat and email but they say they sent the hard drive.
I feel your pain. There's no getting through to them though.

Yes they may have done, the hard drive left the DC but in between it being loaded and handed to you the drive went missing.

I had my ordered sent to an Amazon locker outdoors, not in a building.

It wasn’t handed to me by hand was the point I was making.

I believe legally it is their issue until it is physically handed to you.. according to another thread recently.

Anyone can reseal a box and reopen it, it's not particularly difficult.

What would be more compelling is showing an abnormal weight at some point through the journey.  With the exception of the last mile where it obviously would not be weighed.
Please try this and upload your video.
Remember, you'll need the special amazon tape...  no clear tape on amazon boxes.
Yes, the OP could have opened the other end of the box but highly unlikely.  There are far easier scams to be had.

Why are people thinking the package gets weighed around the factory, when it's in the box, as it gets loaded on to the van.  Has someone come out with evidence to show this is how Amazon works?  Maybe I missed it.

Amazon's IT will link every customer complaint like this with the driver who made that delivery.
    Will it?
Or do you just think it will?
