    Who cares, as long as you didn't tick 'driver'.   

    And as long as you don't say who was driving if they write and ask.

    The appeal was not great though and you missed the POFA point entirely, despite being told that is your winning point.   The POFA 'no keeper liability' argument (if you put the POFA argument) will win at POPLA, if you just SLOW DOWN and ask us first.

    Yeah course it was and I'm greatful of that I copied and sent it before I asked that question then thought I better make sure but I thought it was correct but I got it wrong like a numpty now got myself in a little muddle can't believe I messed it up do you think if I submit it again it would work? And apologies for this 😔😔
