RBS and Natwest Switching Offer - both incentives on offer or only one?

They are are definitely sending out mixed messages. One link says since October 2017 and another says between October 2017 and 11 October 2021.
I agree that based on the Ts&Cs, you should qualify for both switching bonuses.0 -
Update: NatWest paid out £50 incentive for staying with them for 1 year on 15 November. RBS paid out £50 on the same date.0
