RBS and Natwest Switching Offer - both incentives on offer or only one?

Just received the MSE weekly money tips email today. Is says:
Both new and existing customers get £100 to switch, and a further £50 if you use the account for a year. Plus, get £36/yr cashback on top. Switch to NatWest Reward or RBS Reward and you get the switch cash, plus £3 each month you use the mobile app and pay two direct debits of at least £2 (it's £5/mth but with a £2/mth fee). There's also a 3% linked regular savings account (can only put in £50/mth).
Noticed that it says Natwest Reward OR RBS Reward. Does this mean, I cannot switch one account to Natwest Reward and one account to RBS reward and qualify for both incentives?

They are very fussy with how many accounts you have group wise. They share info and will shut all accounts if you have too many. The offer from one will count for the others.0

Opening rbs reward + natwest reward account. Even rewards coming through finally after some issues.0 -
The T&Cs of each switching offer make reference to their sister NatWest Group bank. That's why it's an OR0

This is about a quarter of the way down on the link below. I guess they reason that you cannot open two new accounts at the same time. However, you would be opening the second one before you got cashback on the first.
Perhaps it is worth a try.

You 'guess' they reason you cannot open two new accounts at the same time?
As I told you before, a regular poster is sure he opened one reward account at each bank and took each sister out to dinner (so to speak).
As another regular poster once said it's not a good idea to rely on mse articles.
Terms and conditions doesn't state you cannot apply or hold a reward account at each bank. We've established that. No good trying to make the terms and conditions fit the PROBABLY incorrect mse money tips email.

I was trying to be helpful so it is a surprise that your response appears to be somewhat adversarial. Or perhaps I am just being a bit over sensitive.1 -
In theory the terms exclude you if you've taken advantage of a sister group offer in the past. In practise, I can confirm that I've taken advantage of previous NatWest and RBS offers and been paid out, when I should've been excluded based on taking advantage of a sister bank offer within the exclusion period. They might've gotten better at it, but based on my previous Ulster bank experience (also a part of NatWest) they haven't - I'd personally give it a shot and see what happens. Worst case you just have moved a donor account from another bank to NatWest/RBS.

Offer plus acceptance equals a contract.1 -

Allow me to demand you (no! that doesn't sound correct...allow me to tell you). The terms which can be located here:
https://personal.rbs.co.uk/content/dam/natwest/personal/permanent/current-accounts/documents/nw-pers-switcher-terms-october-2021.pdf
says:You won't be eligible for this offer if you've already taken advantage of a cash switcher offer from the Natwest, Royal Bank of Scotland and or Ulster Bank between October 2017 and 11th October 2021.
It specifies the time period, not say 'in the past' as you've clearly said in your post. I'm applying for the Natwest offer and RBS offer now. The date now is past 11 October 2021 (and I've not taken advantage of a cash switcher between the dates specified). There's no theory and practice here. It's pretty clear.
