Umkomas, people come to these forums for help and advice if you are reluctant to help me for whatever reason in my recent private car park issue no problem, this particular railway carpark was very misleading with the signage saying in huge writing FREE CAR PARK, with small print saying you must leave by midnight. Not the first to make that mistake at the carpark and wont be the last it has made the news. It sounded a lot harder to contest due to railway bylaws I decided to pay.

But if people don't feed back the results of the advice we give, how on earth are we to know whether that advice works or not?  And for what purpose do you believe we offer to help so many people with their parking charge problems? We don't get paid to do this, the only 'recompense' we receive is to know whether our advice has succeeded. It's a fairly basic need and a very small ask of posters to whom we have given a lot of our time and expertise.

Expertise comes from knowing that what you are doing is working.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Sorry, I understand and appreciate what everyone does on this forum its amazing sharing the knowledge you have. As for me I am clueless in law and civil matters and it must be frustrating for people to spoon feed me but I apologise for not updating this and I will be sure to update in any future posts I do.
