    Even if it were, it makes no difference. The use of a three pin plug in a bathroom is inherently dangerous.

    My Phillips Aqua Touch razor can be used wet or dry ,never tried using it in the shower ,as others have said if plugged in to the shaver socket the razor will not switch on so can only be used un-plugged.
