Spark/SSE/OVO No contact, no bills.
My SIL and family moved into a rented property in April this year, took photos of the electricity meter on day of moving (as did the agent). They received a welcome letter from Spark (thought they'd gone bust by then?), but no contact details on the letter. They've tried numerous times to establish an account, but get no response. They're saving what they believe they owe every month so they're ready for The Big Bill, but just feel in limbo at the moment. Any advice?
