That'll be such a pretty waterfall without a gutter. They might change their mind after getting soaked for the nth time.
Would the BR dept be interested as NDNs have changed the outside appearance of the house? Used materials not in keeping. Perhaps email and ask for advice? If they say nothing to do with them, try CAB.

A right 'bodge it' job! That looks like the roofing panels we've fitted to our garden shed ...and, yes, without guttering every fall of rain will result in a very pretty waterfall over your neighbour's front door.

With no flashing between wall and roof the rain will come down the back as well so they can get wet twice.

I'd guess because that's what they had for fixing the white cladding and corner trims.
I wonder if they used SS screws?
