BT broadband contract dispute help please

Hi, I need some advice with this dispute if possible please, some sort of idea as to what i should do. In May this year i rang BT to get a MAC code as i'd planned to switch broadband providers. At the time of that call, i was talked into taking out a new twelve month contract in exchange for a BT vision box, a home hub…

According to new supplier, MAC code from BT was rejected as it was invalid, have given up on contacting BT tonight as an hour on hold was enough.

Seems more hassle than it's worth!
