Is the reason for change something you could claim for on you holiday insurance?

It's likely going to be cheaper to book completely new flights and throw the existing tickets away, but isn't always.
If you've booked with an agent and they have booked flights, then under the Package Travel Directive you would have had the right to change your booking once, on the original amendment. You will not be able to do so again unless something changes again.💙💛 💔0 -
This has interested me. So may I ask,CKhalvashi said:It's likely going to be cheaper to book completely new flights and throw the existing tickets away, but isn't always.

When they first cancelled the flight for me which forced me to opt for adding another night (which I am paying extra for) - would that be classed as one and only change?

I'm not an agent but do own a company that supplies agents with certain services, and under our terms, yes.Demitria said:

This would additionally be the case with airlines (I have a booking for November where the Tuesday flight has been cancelled so on opting for the Sunday flight with same return date I now cannot change this again without fees).
I would be very surprised if most agents don't work on the same conditions re changes.💙💛 💔0
