AX Paris Refund - Warning

Warning to anyone who shops in AX Paris! As well as being charged individual postage on each item you return (even if they are in the same parcel) you are also charged VAT! I’ve never seen this before on returns but after paying £38.95 for a dress I am only being refunded £31.05!
They are also very slow at processing returns this has taken over 3 weeks to even be acknowledged by the company so who knows when I will get the actual money back!
