EasyJet Hands Free Withdrawn

Really disappointed at the change.
For anybodys awareness who booked a flight before the 3rd November and who were going to add hands free the option has now been removed from the website. However, if you go to add an extra to your flight on the app you can add a large cabin bag to your booking for £5.99. You take it onboard as well, no checking it in!

Found that having a look myself, couldn’t see it listed anywhere on the website.

So did you manage to book a cabin bag for £5.99? Well done!   I was charged £17.49 to Belfast from Birmingham and £19.99 coming back. Not quite £5.99

I booked a flight for August 2021 but had to cancel it as they brought the 7.30 am flight time forward and I could not get to the airport that early. Flight was refunded but the Hands Free I had is still linked to that flight. I can't remember if I said to the agent to swap that over to a new booking but I just called EJ CS and was told it would be refunded not transferred. New baggage is £33.99 one way. James Flanders said in the article that 'If you've already paid for this service, Easyjet will honour it regardless of the flight date' has anyone any official statement on that?
