You can access this through the app or on the website through https://account.johnlewis.com/rewards/ but you do need to open an account. This is free. I've not posted the direct link to the comp as it looks personalised, but if you login it's currently the first comp on the 'Rewards and treats' page.

The prize includes a £500 gift card to spend at Champneys, plus a ghd travel gift set for both of you which features the new ghd flight hair dryer, a mini bodyguard heat protection spray and a paddle brush.

There's often a lot of discussion generated when these comps are posted, about them not working for certain folks. Hello, and thanks for posting.  I've logged in to my account and can't see anything under "Rewards and treats" - is the comp only for certain account holders?  Cheers
