International Money Order

Does anybody know where I can purchase an international money order? I need to obtain a copy of my marriage certificate from the New York City Clerk's office and that's the only form of payment they'll accept (unless I know somebody who lives in the US, which I don't).

What options are there if you do know someone who lives in the US?
Banks normally offer them, Post Office may do and you have the likes of Western Union... none give great exchange rates but guessing the value wont be massive.0 -
My bank (Nationwide) don't do them, and the post office no longer do them either. As far as I can tell from the western union website, they only do transfers or cash pickups from one of their stores.
If I knew somebody in the US then they could purchase a US money order and post it to me, or I could post them my completed form for them to forward with the US money order.0 -

Unfortunately not. That's about transfers, which are not accepted by the NYC clerk's office.NoodleDoodleMan said:Does this help ?0 -
I'm struggling to find a specific source.
