The TD003 (0.25) error can occur when you haven't completed language and equipment setup on the thermostat. To fix this error, use the thermostat screen to continue setup.

Their site is hard to navigate at times but there is certainly the number there as posted by others.
Certainly my experience with them was very good once it had been fitted by one of their appointed installers... pre-sales wasnt as good when it came to if the boiler was compatible or not1
