Nest thermostat- no helpline ??

I’m really not sure of this is the right forum but everybody is usually so helpful and knowledgeable. I have a new boiler and have a Nest thermostat. Thermostat is working manually fine. However, I’ve downloaded the app which was the whole point of having it, followed the instructions and I get an error code. Googled error code and it says follow instructions!!! I’ve done that. There is no helpline number as far as I can see. How can I get help linking my app to my thermostat please? Anybody know of a call helpline? Many thanks

We've just had a new boiler installed, along with the Hive app.  YouTube videos helped, along with our son. 
We even added a smart socket upstairs,so we can turn on the electric blanket from our armchair.

Just got a Nest E for my son from Amazon - there was an issue when opened  15 mins ago - wouldn't power up
Amazon order page gave us this link for support   assume topic number directs you to right sub dept ?

Google support (or being able to get hold of them at least) is actually really decent. Just follow the help page links and you'll get to a contact number or live chat if you prefer. I've rung them on weekdays/weekends- always prompt to answer.

They have a helpline. On Friday I had an issue with one I was fitting. Went through some steps which didn’t work. 

They have replaced for free and the new one was with me Saturday

Threads like this really frustrate me when it takes fewer taps on the keyboard to actually find the answer than it does to type the question and half a dozen answers that have not provided the phone number the OP wanted:

Thank you for all your comments. I did navigate Google for quite some time but made the error of going onto Google supports actual website to find it. I navigated through my error code, went through all steps to never finding a number. 
I should have just done as the last person (tallmansix) did and type the word 'number' in the search bar to finally get it! Thank you

Error code is TD003. Basically i scan the hub by the boiler, all fine. Then when it comes to scanning the thermostat it states this error. I follow the instructions but just reverts back to same issue.
