PCN/CCJ sent to wrong address - applied for judgement to be set aside, what next?

Long-story short, I've been sent a letter from DCBL collecting an outstanding amount due to the failure of paying a CCJ fee dating back to May of this year (The PCN was dated October 2020). I haven't ever received a PCN or CCJ to my correct address, this is the only one I've actually seen. Turns out the address they sent to is one 3 years old and has never even been registered with the DVLA (because I didn't even have a drivers licence). My address has been correct with the DVLA, council tax, credit card, etc, this whole time, so I have no idea how they even got it.
I've paid and submitted an N244 to the court that issued the CCJ to me on the grounds that I've never received any notification of a PCN or CCJ and haven't lived at that address for 3 years. (I submitted my tenancy contracts for my current address of 2 years and a copy of the only letter I received dated for 2 weeks ago).
The PCN in of itself is completely ridiculous as it's for parking at the gym car park while I use the gym (and I did register my reg plate inside).
As you can imagine I'm insanely stressed because I'm looking to buy a house in 3 ish years and a CCJ will make that extremely difficult. I would have just paid the amount for peace of mind but now it's pass the point of paying to get the CCJ off my record.
Aside from waiting for the outcome of the N244, what should I do? What happens if it is rejected?

Nothing was done. Perhaps you should complain to your MP.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2 -
This is nothing to do with any Driving Licence.
They probably got your name and address from the DVLA as the Registered Keeper of the vehicle in question.2 -
Sorry, that's what I meant, my V5C document has the correct address on it and has never had the address they have sent everything to.KeithP said:This is nothing to do with any Driving Licence.

You need to work out how the managed to get an address from the DVLA which you are apparently saying the DVLA never knew about.
This will be a simple case of accurately putting all the pieces of this jigsaw together.
Conflicting statements like...Turns out the address they sent to is one 3 years old and has never even been registered with the DVLA (because I didn't even have a drivers licence).and...My address has been correct with the DVLA...in your opening post don't help.
And by the way... who is the Claimant?

Those aren't conflicting statements, sorry if I wasn't clear.
1. They sent the PCN/CCJ to address X.
2. I didn't drive a car when I lived at address X.
3. Since having a drivers licence, I have always kept my licence and V5C addresses up-to-date.
4. The DVLA currently have address Y, which is the address I have lived at for 2 years.
5. Address X was somewhere I lived 3+ years ago.
I don't have a clue where they got address X as address Y is on everything I can think of (credit cards, phone bill, etc, etc).2 -
I don't know who the claimant is as I've never actually received the PCN/CCJ. On my credit report, it says the CCJ source is "Registry Trust Ltd" but I assume that isn't that actual claimant. I can't figure out who owns the car park for that gym as the debt collectors wouldn't give me any further information.

ask the CCBC for a copy of the claim form or CCJ, by email , after you prove your ID to them, that claim form will have the details on it, like CEL or UKPC or similar

Will do. I don't think their lines are open over the weekend so I'll have to do it next week.Redx said:ask the CCBC for a copy of the claim form or CCJ, by email , after you prove your ID to them, that claim form will have the details on it, like CEL or UKPC or similar1 -
Do you know this 'address they have sent everything to'?Alareas said:

Have you ever lived there?
I am struggling with a statement like...I haven't ever received a PCN or CCJ to my correct address......which makes me think that you have received stuff, but maybe not at the address you were expecting it.
Sorry to perhaps appear to being nit-picking, but so often there is a simple explanation for this type of thing.2 -
I will clarify. I've not received a PCN or CCJ ever. (I realise my wording sounded sketchy). I used to live at the address they have put the CCJ but I haven't lived there for 3 years and the CCJ was put in a few months ago. The only reason I even know about the CCJ is because I got a debt collection letter sent to my correct address a couple of weeks ago. That old address isn't on anything I can think of and the DVLA has never even had that address which is why I'm confused as to how they even found that old address but then found my current one.KeithP said:

I'm just stressed out of my mind and not sure what to do.0
