The Police are very unlikely to be interested in this kind of thing. Polite cough ''It's a civil matter, sir''.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.4 -
Are you suggesting that TS will buy this? I have a mate in Reading TS who certainly would not.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

Good resultOn a side note - if I have read correctly where he has parked - then I hope the motorist involved has stopped parking on the drop kerb, otherwise, he may get a proper PCN.My vehicle was parked, on all occasions, approximately where the white car on the left of the picture is situated

I'm not really happy about the "quasi-police" powers these people have on private land enforcing made up offences (passengers alighting in non-designated zones) and enforcing RTA l/ Council style offences there too. Now they are encroaching onto public land and unfairly and improperly "Taxing" people. Would any civil liberty groups be interested in this sort of thing? 🤔0 -
These court reports are very informative, will there be one for VCS v Percy (latest court of appeal ruling that the add on £60 is lawful); or have I missed it?0
