    They've done the same to my wife. There was no notification that a fee was about to be taken nor that it was going up to £95 from £65. When she complained, she got the most obnoxious person on the line telling her it was her own fault as she'd ticked auto renewal (strange as she never has before) and that it would cost her £24 in 'admin' fees if she cancelled. She cancelled anyway.

     If MSE is still recommending these people, maybe they should have a second look at the sharp practices they employ. As she has never had a breakdown on this policy, we never actually found out how good their breakdown service is, maybe that was a blessing!
