MADE.COM delayed delivery and faulty item help

I received a sofa I ordered on 15th May this year on 25th October 2021. Originally it said it would take 12-14 weeks so has taken almost the double amount of time to get here.
I complained a couple of months ago about the delay and they told me to get in touch when receiving the sofa to discuss compensation. Today, they are saying they will give me a partial refund for shipping of £39.00 because of the delay.
Also, upon trying to put the sofa together we realised one of the legs were faulty and didn't fit. I complained and was given options of either waiting 10 weeks for a new sofa or £190.00 refund (I took the refund as we can come up with a solution somehow and I don't want to wait for another six months for the new sofa that could have something wrong with it again)

Should I take the refund of £39.00 for the delivery delay or do I have any rights in this situation?
Did I also do the right thing with taking the £190.00 refund for the faulty sofa or could I have done more?

The delay:
Retailers are always dependant on manufacturers and shippers and this last year has been very trying what with covid, Suez Canal problems, Brexit and lorry drivers. What do their T&Cs say? They probably say they will try to maintain delivery dates but cannot guarantee them. If so, then that's what they've done so I would accept the £39.
Legally, if you had said time was of the essence (e.g. you had a special celebration date and the sofa had to be in place by then) and they had agreed to this (a risky thing for them to do) you would have had grounds for a claim.

£190 for one leg that you know how to fix? You are one amazing moneysaver!
Edited to add: Made.com say
(a) we will take reasonable steps to prevent or minimise the failure or delay; (b) in the event of failure to perform, we will refund you all amounts paid under the affected contract; and (c) in the event of substantial delay, you may cancel your order by notifying us and we will refund you all amounts paid under the affected contract.
so as per your statutory right you could have just said at any time 'Cancel the order and give me my money back'1 -
