There are some indications that long-term use can raise your risk of cancer, particularly in the lymph nodes and/or breasts.

Hasn't this one been debunked aleady?

  • I've converted to crystal rock a few months ago, can get abit warm riding my bike to work but works perfectly fine. I also use Weleda Rose body spray as I miss using a fragranced deoderant.

Haven't used it in the height of summer yet, but as you have to have impecable hygiene for it to work properly, I'm hoping I won't ever need to return conventional anti-perspirants

  • Following suggestions on this thread I sent my OH into Lush to get me a sample of aromarant and aromacreme. Both v. good especially the aromacreme. Although not sure if I am using it correctly I am just applying it straight on the skin, but it is v. powerful that way. Also the samples were free!!!

I've got a crystal deodrant stone from summernaturals.co.uk and it's brilliant, keeps me dry and whiff free all day :T

I'm using the bionsen crystals to which you add water and then spray, they were a very good price in Tesco and 2 for 3, plus you can refill them up to 4 times. No-one's complained ...

I did have the rocks like nearlyrich describes but they can be a bit sharp after a while!

I too was very impressed with this one, bionsen, I took it with me on holiday to turkey , very hot, but this worked a treat now the rest of my family use it,
