TALKTALK Broadband-Can it get any worse?

I know that under current CEO talktalk has been named UK's worst provider for complaints but their service has to be experienced to see how bad it really is, how can a CEO run a company like this? They leave people with crap connection for months, plenty of lies and empty promises, incompetent employees who couldn't care less, the CEO office is useless, one employee there "Helen" you can read about her on social media and how she treats people, how can they employ such people? Amazing, I know someone in poor health and house bound who is unfortunate enough to be with talktalk, had connections problems, despite contacting them many times, they did nothing, he contacted CEO, she didn't want to know, maybe that tells you why the company offers such crap service when the CEO herself doesn't care about the customers, until they have a competent CEO who cares about customers nothing will change, avoid this awful company at all costs.

I've been with TalkTalk for about 10 years and have had a few problems with them but they have all been resolved.   I had far far more problems with Virgin and BT.

I'm currently paying £27.50 a month for 900 meg up and 900 meg down which is far far more cheaper than anyone else and has been very reliable for the last 2 years.

Talk Talk Community forums and the Mon-Fri staff "OCEs" are generally pretty helpful and better than the out of UK call centre.  Often the best place to get things sorted.  Mon-Fri, posts dealt with on strict order of input so no thread bumping (editing the original to add extra info is OK).

Been with TT on and off for around 13-14 years and have had few issues at all.
Moved to Vodafone and back, TT sorted out the dodgy line connection that Voda wouldn't / couldn't very quickly.

All ISPs have problems.  Move to another ISP when out of contract and hope they can sort out the BT Openreach connection issue.  Or invoke the formal complaint process, reach deadlock and complain to Ofcom https://www.ofcom.org.uk/complaints/complain-about-phones-or-internet-services
