Moneyfacts site down

The Moneyfacts site has been down for a couple of days. A good alternative for the best savings rates is This is Money.

I thought it was just me! Saversfriend is down too!

You can also use this site and Savings Champion but they only show the top paying accounts.

The only problem with the above link is that it hasnt been updated since early friday and many of the fixed rate bonds have fallen since or taken down!

I agree. Moneyfacts is my favourite for this reason. I have not used Savers Friend for a while, and of course I cannot see it at the moment.

I wonder if they prefer to have their sites down rather than be out of date.

There is another thread on the banking and budgeting board which has additional information. But there is no indication of when they will be back up.

The website is back up but it it says it was last updated on 23/10/2021. It appears, therefore that they are still experiencing some problems.

The best feature of Moneyfacts was that it was almost always up to date.

I guess that the MSE forum is currently the only place to go for breaking savings rates news.
