1471 not available with Now Broadband

I recently changed from Sky to Now Broadband and included with Now is their free anytime calls package. One thing I've since discovered is that 1471 and Caller ID service no longer works (it worked fine via Sky).

I've called Now but they're saying that it's nothing to do with them because these are not optional services they can add or remove. Anyone experienced this issue and how did you get it resolved?

Do you still have access to your Sky account? Do you know what "Sky Shield" is (I don't)? If so, turn it off.

I can't get access to Sky broadband settings but I remember disabling Sky Shield a long time ago.
