really sorry to hear of these unpleasant experiences, I really do feel for you. On a slightly venue is the local elections are on course next month, use it to your advantage. Contact your councilor. You can also punish the current administration at the polling station by looking at alternative vote?
I remember seeing those terrible scenes of tenants from both council and housing associations containing appalling housing conditions.
I know when I had a issue a few years back i put my keyboard to good use by emailing tons of people, housing officer, head of housing, leader of the council, director of housing, member of parliament, local councilors etc... be a pain if you can!!Trinidad - I have a number of needs.
