Claim Form (county court business centre) received - 2016 PCNs x 2 + a legal letter for 3rd PCN!

I opted not to reply to their offer email at all, rather than sending anything suggesting they drop hands etc. I was kind of hoping they'd have sent something by now, but I guess they want to take it to a hearing.
I've now found the correct email address to submit everything, and other than a couple of tweaks to my WS since I shared above, so think it is now ready - unless someone spots something on here!
I've had a slight change of plans tomorrow, so will submit everything in the morning rather than tonight. I note that the allocation notice I received from the courts states that "each party must send the other party...all of the documents on which that party intends to rely on"
Not yet received anything from the claimants lawyers. I think I may wait until a few mins before the deadline to submit my stuff to them.
I'm yet undecided on whether to try and seek costs of my own, but as I have two different events upcoming (reconciliation and then hearing), does that mean I'm potentially able to claim for 2 days of annual leave?

Yes it does. I suspect they are about the discontinue.
By what date do they have to pay a hearing fee, or is there no date for the main hearing yet, and therefore no requirement on them to yet pay a fee?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The date is TBC, and the judge had proposed a reconciliation meeting, also date TBC. No mention of fees in paper work I received. Just that I will be told of dates later.1 -
I opted not to seek costs, and have this morning submitted my WS to the courts, as well as too the Claimants.
I assume that if I do not receive copies of a WS/documents that the claimant intends to rely on at any hearing, by the deadline set (4pm today), then they have failed to meet the courts direction. I suspect the legal reps of UKPCL (DCBL) wouldn't make such an error, so should receive them, or a notice of discontinuance by 4pm today. Here's hoping it's the latter!
Thank you for all your advice and help throughout these last few months getting to this stage!

So DCBL legal have sent me their WS two minutes before the deadline (bunch of scumbags!). They're also suggesting a dates been fixed but I've not seen anything from the courts.
Only scanned it on my phone thus far. Will share the key content from the 30odd pages in due course. I've already spotted a couple of holes in their arguments.

Not odd. Rushed incompetence.
Save that for the Directions hearing. No tipping them off before any hearing about their omissions.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Are you suggesting they might be scouring this forum? And therefore I should not post on here now till the hearing?Coupon-mad said:Not odd. Rushed incompetence.

Always happy to give them some tips and we are all flattered they give this forum so much attention
End of the day, who cares, it is the judge who decides . And, Judges do read this forum and they know that people like Coupon-mad and other good regulars tell the facts. All helps to scupper them in court which boils down to the fact ....... they really hate this forum
You may remember the old saying in a TV comedy about Reggie Perrin whose boss would say .... "I didn't get where I am today" which is so true of this MSE forum.
Watch this clip and imagine CJ is the judge and David on the right is the "rent by the hour legal" that turns up in court
I have seen this first hand as with many others
Your job is to turn this fake fantasy into a spanking in court for the legal

Hi all.
Is there any guidance on conciliation meetings anywhere? Is this the same as directions hearing?
It's due to take place in person in the next couple of weeks. Hearings are set for Autumn.0
