Do VA still run 747s to the USA ?

Thinking of booking a city-break to the USA and would ideally like to have a (possibly final) flight on a 747 before they're all retired.  

Any info on routes, destinations, pls?

As above all the Virgin 747s have now been retired, along with BA.

If you really want to fly on a 747 then the easiest way would be Lufthansa via Frankfurt.  They have a number of US routes on their 747-400 and newer -800s.
