Neon reef not producing bill

Have you looked on the "Bills and Payments" page when logged in ? My DD was taken on the 5th November but didn't appear until 15th November on that page.

Oh dear, that doesn't sound good now they have announced they are ceasing to trade.

Have you switch to British Gas Zero Fixed Oct 22 yet? Lots of posters seem to have done so according to the NR views thread.
