Neon reef not producing bill

Hi all. Since Utility Point went belly up I have not received a bill from Neon Reef. My understanding is that Neon Reef is still trading. Has anyone else received/not received a bill when they should have? Still waiting on a reply from Customer Services but not holding my breath.

I received my bill/statement yesterday from NR on time.

OP - Have you logged in to your account to see if the latest statement is there ??

I haven't received a bill either, and I checked my account seconds ago. Also awaiting a response to an email to NR. Meanwhile, I have another direct debit coming up...

Exactly same situation I'm in. Several hundred pounds in credit, cannot get a reply from NR and not getting billed.

Yes, last update on account was my last direct debit. After that a bill would usually follow.

I was on supply with NR from 20/9 (managed to successfully jump from PfP before BG got their hold) and my first bill is mid generation if I log in to the app and look in the billing section. The rest of the app data looks like I’ve not yet been billed however the info in the PDF looks sensible for usage and remaining credit.

I got my first one yesterday.  Compared to my previous Symbio bills it's a mine of useful and relevant information, well laid out and easy to understand.

How long did it take after giving them your meter reading?

Waiting for my first bill, gave reading 4/5 days ago, also noticed 2nd payment isn't showing on my account yet.
