Has anyone joined G.Network as an ISP yet? What are your experiences?

I was wondering if anyone has yet joined G.Network and can share their experiences of the connection process and what the service is like.
Some background:
I'm currently a Virgin Media customer in an ex local authority flat in north london. VM was the best option when I moved in 5 years ago as they're pretty fast and reliable and other providers haven't hooked up access to my low rise block (I'm on the 2-3rd floor).
G.Network have been installing their own cabling in my part of Islington and recently laid cable down my street, which is about 90% local authority freehold homes.
I'm interested in moving to them as they are a bit cheaper than VM but they also offer fast uplink, something that's been so important over the last 18months with my work being from home and needing stable video connection.
Another motivator is that I'm planning on a significant redecoration of my lounge (new rads, flooring, AV cabling chased into walls, plastering, the lot), where there is a pretty nasty bodge job VM connection in the corner. I'm looking to tidy that up and if I can move to G, hope I can sort connection details before I make the hole in the window all nice, in case thats where they are likely to want to come in.
I contacted G and they said that they expect to have a plan for connecting to my building by 31 December and I'll likely be able to kick off joining from then.
Is anyone else actually using them as an ISP yet? If so, what are your experiences?
thanks
