Hi. I had an empira notice of enforcement saying bailiffs will be sent. Ive fought againt ccjs before and had them voided. Thing is these companies take so long and drag the process out that you forget what's happened. I don't remember getting ccj letters for these two. What are my options, is it too late now? That is not a 'best option'. Please read the NEWBIES thread section about CCJ set asides and then over the weekend, read at least a dozen CCJ set aside threads to see how to handle this.

Don't search the forum, just read thread titles going back over the Summer, clicking on every thread that has CCJ in the title.
