I'm not sure the Site Feedback board is the relevant place to obtain answers.

Perhaps repost on the Techie Stuff board. And when you do - please provide far more detail than you have above; the model number for a start.

If cooker will not turn off then turn off the gas at the mains and get it sorted before it gets damned serious.
