Iphone scam PLEASE READ

This is a follow up from my previous post where the wrong iphone was delivered twice. 

I returned both phones and it was a SCAM. 

They contact you as CW or any other legit company and offer you a good deal. You take it and the wrong phone gets delivered. They call you and ask for you to return it. You being honest ( and stupid) send it back and await the correct delivery. They deliver anoyher phone wrong again, the same story…
your mobile never appears. Somebody took two contracts in my partners name for £ 67 a month. 

We are dealing with action fraud at the moment. I feel terribly guilty as I did not deal with it from the beginning and his English is crap and I feel they took advantage. 

We will probably end paying this for 36 mth.
Please alert others!!!

when he went to Carphone W ( does not exist under this name anymore) the guy working there was not surprised at all. They get lots of people coming to complain only to find out that they were fooled!!!

So where exactly did you 'return' it to ? Presumably a scammers address rather than any legitimate CW business address ?

I believe scammers address or they have a way to get the packages. We are in London, the address is in Birmingham.
