Wrong Iphone delivered TWICE

As the title says I just had the dhl delivery from carephone warehouse and 13pro max came instead of 12 that I ordered. This is the second time, last week they sent 12 pro max instead of 12 and told me that if I return it they will send an iwatch as a gift. I went to the post office paid over £8 to return it and today I was supposed to have the correct phone delivered. Instead they sent a wrong one again. I am buffled how the same mistake can happen twice. Last time the woman insisted on my going to the post office and returning it rather than them sending DHL as I would be reliable for any damage and loss. 

What are my rights?

What do you wish to happen?

You can reject for a full refund or return again for them to replace. 

They should cover all reasonable costs of return.

An Apple iWatch for the inconvenience doesn't seem too bad considering

My original samsung died and the iphone was supposed to be delivered next day. This has been going on for 2 weeks now,I do not care about the iwatch, just want a phone I can use. 

Want to keep this one rather than waiting for another week and possibly another wrong phone. They can keep the iwatch

Then ask them if that's a possibility.

Would it not of been easier to go in store? Could of walked out with your new phone same day.

You do realise that not everybody lives near a town with a Carphone Warehouse store, not everyone has a car, people can have mobility issues, childcare, jobs, etc that stop them getting to a store as easily as they'd like.

I would think that’s unlikely but I can see why the OP would rather keep the 13 pro max given it’s double the price of the 12

I do hope you used Special Delivery for the return? RD only covers up to £50 compo.

Interestingly since the retailer has had one attempt to replace the goods and they still do not conform to the contract I think the OP has the opportunity to retain the goods accepting the aspects that don't conform and is entitled to exercise their right to a price reduction.

Why would there be a price reduction given the phone received is approx £1k and the phone ordered approx £500
