Ignore, do much more reaerch, familiarise youself with primacy of contract, and  The Lanflord and Tenant Act, and hope that the PPC is daft enough to take this to court.

How are you getting on with your landowner/managing agent complaints, and your house move?

It will be interesting to see how the 'binding' nature of the non standard appeal pans out. With whom was the agreement to be bound - the IAS or the PPC?

Let's see what a Judge makes of it.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

IMO, a judge is likely to consider it to be an unfair term in a consumer contract..

Ignore it and see what happens.

You are yet another victim of the IAS kangaroo court (96% of consumers seeing their legally valid disputes and evidence rejected out of hand by a template response like that, can't all be wrong) and the fact that the Government is stepping in to replace it speaks volumes.

When I contacted the estate management who got in contact with link parking, the response they got from Link was

“If a motorbike wishes to park in  bay then they normally notify us of the registration number so we can update the wardens and give them an electronic permit as a normal cannot be displayed. We also do not have an issue of a motorbike and a car being in the same bay as long as they are both within the bay but again we would need to be notified of this.”

So I did email them for an electronic permit but got no response.

So they could do that with all vehicles and no bona fide resident would need to display a permit.

    In other words, they lied.

You have been told of a contract term, yet cannot comply with it because no permit has been provided. This clause is therefore void for impossibility, and an unfair contract term as per the CRA 2015 if the contracting party have failed to honour their side of said contract.
