Hi there,

I wondered if there are any updates on this case as I received a Simple Procedure Notice today from the very same organisation/law firm - would really appreciate any update or advice based on your experiences.

I suggest you read up on the procedure as the sheriffs court is different
Is it one PCN? Did you appeal it or ignore. 
There is a still a very strong defence of not being the driver and basing a whole defence around that argument as no keeper liability (assuming you didnt appeal it etc)

Hi there,

I have never responded to any letter sent. The only thing I did on advice was the courts and tribunal service was contact the solicitor to ask for a breakdown of what they are claiming for E.g. They've said "expenses". I had to sign for the above document, so this email is on the back of receiving the document and I did not admit to anything as part of this request.
