    It isn’t proposed legislation. The regulations have already been laid and come into effect in December.

    Having listened to some of that video it's quite old based on the advice they are giving. In part of it, it says that a person who's receiving SDP in another benefit are prevented from claiming UC, which is no longer true. The regulations for this ended in January 2021.

    Having listened to some of that video it's quite old based on the advice they are giving. 
    It appears to have been uploaded to YouTube a year ago so is out of date.
