advice needed a post codes inconsistent?

I’m remortgaging my home (new build - built 2013) and it was identified that the postcode on my home is different to the land registry. My first flat had 3 addresses and 2 postcodes and anything addressed to any of them would get to the property (as far as I was aware). This was a property on the corner of a T junction in an estate.
Do you have the paperwork from when you bought it and what does that say?
Do you have any details from your existing mortgage you can provide to your new lender?
