I can confirm that the date of the letter was within 6 days of the parking date.Coupon-mad said:We don't know if a NTK is OK on dates if you cover both dates.
Is there anything else that they have missed?0 -
These were captured on ANPR, could I still claim that the times could have been doctored?D_P_Dance said:Have you seen these?

I can't believe it! I was so focused on putting my defence together, I forgot to submit the AOS, judgement has automatically been made against me. I looked at getting it set aside so I can submit my defence but the fee for that is more than the amount I need to pay now... If the second one goes to court can I still argue that it should be estopped as in Henderson v Henderson?0

So just debating on whether to get the default order set aside, I want to get it set aside because I do not owe the debt and do not admit and never have admitted to owing it or agreed to pay it as claimant claims. By paying the default order I feel it is an admission of owing the debt.
If I apply to get the default judgement set aside and it doesn't then will the CCJ will remain on credit report as the 30days would most likely have passed by the time the set aside application is read?0 -
Yes, sadly you may be better off paying it because you had the claim and didn't acknowledge it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok just paid it but how do I get the CCJ off my record now? I noticed it came on last week only 7days after the judgment date. DCBL haven't provided any confirmation that I've paid, it's all an automated service on the phone.0

Get a receipt from whoever you paid.drn2009 said:Ok just paid it but how do I get the CCJ off my record now? I noticed it came on last week only 7days after the judgment date. DCBL haven't provided any confirmation that I've paid, it's all an automated service on the phone.
Why on earth did you hand over money without getting a receipt?
When you have that receipt you'll be able to convince the CCBC that the Judgment record on TrustOnline should be removed.2
