After submitting two fit notes, today this requirement has been turned off again for a year and I've been advised that LCWRA ressessments are currently still on hold.

That doesn't surprise me at all because backlogs are huge and some people are still waiting for their first WCA after almost a year. The last thing on their minds will be reassessments. Although timescales are still just a guide.
