You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
People here do ParkingEye appeals all the time and haven't mentioned the options are all conditional. The BPA doesn't allow appeals to be conditional upon saying who was driving.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

1st page, put in your reference and registration.Pg2 - Select:I am the... driver, registered keeper, driver and registered keeper, hirer/hiree, none of the above. Then your name, address and email address.Pg3 - confirm you have read their privacy policies (two boxes to select) and confirm personal details again.Pg4 - Select from: I was a customer, visitor, working, patient, I paid for parking, entered incorrect details, had problems with my vehicle, had a valid permit, was not the driver of the vehicle, OTHERPg5 - You can then paste in the template, much of which doesn't apply but I've done it, that's what I wanted to know, I felt I was going down a rabbit hole with them!I've not edited the text though. Asks you to upload evidence which I'm not doing.Pg6 - confirm your submission and "I confirm I have attached all supporting information available to me, and understand that I will be unable to provide any additional evidence at a later date, unless specifically requested by Parkingeye."Hit submit.Sit and wait for the letters to role in I guess! Thanks for the comments, as said, i felt it was going down the rabbit hole with them. I would have just ignored it if it hadn't been for the newbie thread. Thought I best check the latest advice. Next stop the facility in question. Tomorrow's job though as I work next door!Hopefully the above will let others know what to expect if they have to go through the process
What if there was no such thing as a rhetorical question?3
