I have OCD and one part of it means it takes me ages to wash in the shower and brush my teeth. Most of the time I have to be told to go and shower and brush my teeth because I just can’t face it because it’s takes so long and the thought of going through it makes me depressed and exhausted.
Does this fall under
Descriptor C (2 points): Needs either:
Does this fall under
Descriptor C (2 points): Needs supervision or prompting to be able to wash or bathe
I also struggle with dressing because I won’t wear anything different or new because of my OCD, and I have to wear certain items of clothing just to go out regardless even if it hot/cold weather outside. Most of my clothes are old and worn because of this. I have to be told and sometimes even forced to wear a jacket if it’s cold out
Descriptor C (2 points): Needs either:
i. prompting to be able to dress, undress or determine appropriate circumstances

Yes, that should be 2 points for each activitiy. Make sure you give a couple of real world examples per diescriptor, as advised in your other thread. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6304233/pip-review-form#latest

Did you get what you thought was an appropriate award last time? If so, you can probably base it on what you wrote before as you've said nothing has changed.
(Edit: also, not wanting to face the situations that cause massive anxiety and are exhausting to try to get through actually makes perfect sense!)1 -

(Edit: also, not wanting to face the situations that cause massive anxiety and are exhausting to try to get through actually makes perfect sense!)I’ve got what I wrote last time but didn’t want to copy it word for word because I thought they’d think it would look strange if I put exactly the same as last time. So was going to put more context to it but I’m thinking that might make it worse and I should stick to the basic facts? It’s probably just me, my anxiety is so high at the moment. I’m not sleeping and can’t focus on anything0 -
Less is often more and you certainly shouldn't put your whole life story down on paper. The most important thing are those real world examples.

I was going to put something about my past which has caused me to have my mental health conditions I do. But I won’t then if it might be too much0

Agree with above advices regarding the review and I wouldn't be too concerned about being repetitive of previous submissions if things remain unchanged in terms of disablement. In fact for many of the daily living activities I suspect you'll sound quite repetitive anyway as quite probably underlying causes of disablement are similar or follow a similar set of problems faced albeit it trying to achieve something different. Give real world descriptions of how you are affected, taking them through the process of difficulties to try to accomplish the task.
It can be difficult for others to understand... and often those closest to us can struggle the most... and stereotyping of things like OCD can be a problem. I've had a medical professional express surprise I could cope with dust on surfaces if I had OCD - at points like that you really just want to give up. I wonder sometimes how much disablement of the mentally ill is caused by trying to get others around them to understand the real time difficulties... I know it exhausts me and I'm still faced with ignorance by loved ones.
Important to bear in mind when giving the information that (from https://pipinfo.net/issues/reliably):Reliably
To be assessed as able to carry out an activity to the level described in a descriptor, a claimant must satisfy the descriptor “reliably”, that is: safely, to an acceptable standard, repeatedly and in reasonable time
