DCBL Letter of Claim - UKPC

Hi, having received a PCN nearly 5.5 years ago, I followed the ignore ideology.
Having recently received a letter of Claim from DCB Legal I followed the steps in the newbies thread and made a SAR to the parking company (UKPC)

This has been received. Just not sure what the next steps are now.
The fine was for a car being parked in a disabled bay without displaying a disabled badge.
the initial charge was £100 reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days - (no chance of that)
and at the moment the DCB Legal total is the made up £160

the charging company has put the claim on hold for 30 days while i seek "legal advice".

What are the next steps from this point?
UKPC returned SAR :

Why was the car in a disabled bay?

    Scotland, England or Wales?

What about the importance of getting to 6 years?  Assuming this is not Scotland, you need a plan to get to that deadline, by sending late responses and asking questions.

It is nt a fine, please read the newbies and complain to your MP.

the DCB Legal total is the made up £160

They have added what appears to be an extra unlawful amount for debt collection. Judges have dismissed an entire claim because of this. Read this and complain to your MP.

    Excel v Wilkinson

At the Bradford County Court, District Judge Claire Jackson (now HHJ Jackson, a Specialist Civil Circuit Judge) decided to hear a 'test case' a few months ago, where £60 had been added to a parking charge despite Judges up and down the country repeatedly disallowing that sum and warning parking firms not to waste court time with such spurious claims.   That case was Excel v Wilkinson: G4QZ465V, heard in July 2020 and leave to appeal was refused and that route was not pursued.  The Judge concluded that such claims are proceedings with 'an improper collateral purpose'.   This Judge - and others who have since copied her words and struck dozens of cases out in late 2020 and into 2021 - went into significant detail and concluded that parking operators (such as this Claimant) are seeking to circumvent CPR 27.14 as well as breaching the Consumer Rights Act 2015.   DJ Hickinbottom has recently struck more cases out in that court area, stating: ''I find that striking out this claim is the only appropriate manner in which the disapproval of the court can be shown''.

    Its in England...
I know there is still 7 months to go to hit the 6 year mark, dont know how to draw it out until the. I can drag another 30 days or so. any advice to stretch this for 7 more months?
I had received numerous letters about this fine, however SAR returned just 3 of the probably dozen letters

In terms of writing to the MP - Can I still do that as I'm Way past any appeal point as its letter before claim.
Im in the hillingdon borough. Are there any templates I could grab

No templates for writing letters to an MP as they will just see it as a template and bin it, not what you want!  Just write the facts and tell them what you would like them to help you with.

We can't condone selfish parking like that and hope the driver has learned a lesson from this.

Not saying they should pay because two wrongs don't make a right; the industry is generally rotten.

So is the consensus to simply write to the MP - it may take longer than the 30 days to get a response from them which would exceed the 30 day grace period given by DCB Legal. of which there's about 20 days left

Any advice to get this to drag on for another 7 months beyond the 6 year mark?

Not sure what else the Defendant can do except pay the £100 and refuse to pay the fake add on.

Normally I'd say contact the solicitor to spell out the defence position but parking in a clearly marked disabled bay has no defence and we can't condone it.
