A neos camera will record to an SD card without wifi but then a lot of the others do as well.
Dont confuse yourself looking for a wifi camera when your not using wifi.0 -
you could get a sim and create a wifi hotspot. With lebara it is £15 for 15GB per month, £20 for 20, and £25 for unlimited internet0
