I'm mortified. I have completely messed this up. Having read the T's & C's for existing customers, it states that an account from outside NATWEST must be switched in. Never mind. I won't be getting the bonus as I don't qualify. That will teach me to read things properly.

Could anyone who have received text just confirm if they deposited £1500 and transferred it out on same day. I did just that on 3.12.21 but no text.0

Yes, I did that (£1501) B)in spite of their £1500 requirement . Being extra cautious and double sure, I did the same again not long after!
