    I suspect most customers with tracker fixed term expiring particularly those with both fuels on that tariff would just be relieved for extra 12 months rollover on the same terms.......
    If that is what they are doing, I'm sure there would be no complaints, but even that isn't really clear from the email...

    Bar year anomaly which was the same within previous years tariff options emails when they did extend fixed term period for additional 12 months I cannot see how this has more than one meaning.

    "If you'd like to stick with Octopus Tracker for a further 12 months, you don't need to do anything - we'll automatically extend your tariff until March 14th 2023"

    No workings offered, just a figure along with "savings you would have made had the tariff been fixed"

    That was 18 months from start of contract although obviously prices didn't increase immediately 

    I felt the offer was reasonable and fair so I accepted and told Octopus I consider the matter closed
