Ask Ben Lane MP to show the evidence of all that is wrong with this car park to the DLUHC and to beg them to ensure the new Code of Practice deals with cash cow rogue car park operations, including:

    - mixing Welsh with English on one massive, complex, crowded and minuscule text sign

    - using methods of payment that don't work and which cause a queue and delay so that too many people get a £100 'penalty', despite the BPA Report about Llangrannog saying that (I believe) this site is not suited to methods of payment requiring an internet signal

    - operating a ridiculous trap by all accounts, that attempts to create a cut off time at 8pm such that people who pay for two hours at 7pm and leave before nine, still get a PCN somehow

    - a grace period that is not long enough for a beach car park, especially with the reported faulty machines and no signal.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thast sign is horrendous.  surely no-one would read that before parkintg a car.   This must fall to be considered as an unfair ter4m under the Consumer Rights Act, read this
    and complain  to your MP

The ticket was then left displayed in the car.  The importance of all this is the time of night, slightly before 8pm.  As you can see from the car park signs, parking before 8pm for 1 hour is £1.75.
I agree that the 8pm cu toff cut-off is ridiculous and shouldn’t be allowed. It will be something that the Community Council will definitely ask the owner about when they meet with him (no date set for that; he is trying to dodge it).
Maybe change as above.  Worth going through and checking for other spelling errors and typos.
