My Granddaughter has that product! Possibly manufactured for about £10 in China?

I'm just glad I don't have much hair to play with.

They are not made in China and part of the retail price is the 7 years research.

Quite right, they are made in Malaysia and the Philippines with only some components being made in China.

Does it matter? Still made/assembled using cheap labour and way overpriced for an electric heater!

Have returned them via next day delivery. Informed them when parcel would arrive and that it was to be signed for No response !! 

Since then have emailed them showing delivery and signature ( a scrawl) but still no response.How long should I wait before doing a chargeback on card ?

The good news is that they are a Ltd company and active:

Not so good is that they can't spell the county they're based in

After contacting several times with no reply I Emailed Aria who I had initially emailed.
 They were helpful and said they would get Area Manager to intervene. Low and behold today a refund …
