the link says "We are unable to locate any plans for your vehicle, please try again or contact your dealer" 

For me the link goes to a form where you can select your vehicle. 🤷‍♀️

Yes but when I type in my vehicle details then it states that message

Perhaps you're completing the form incorrectly? (I expected that the form was used to enquire about buying a service plan rather than searching for if a plan existed).
