Boku charges

Hello, can anyone help.
Been charged £10.80 on my mobile from a company called boylesport Gibraltar limited, which was charged using a payment platform boku, when phoning said company, they advised that no transaction is appearing on the mobile number given
That I would have had to confirm by txt message to authorise this transaction .
Which I obviously didn't, has anyone had this type of thing and how did they go about getting a refund.
Just seem to be going around in circles trying to find out what was actually purchased.

  • Boylesports are Irish bookies. Assuming that no-one who has access to your phone has decided to put a quick tenner on the 3.20 at Dundalk then have you contacted your mobile operator to dispute the charge?
